How to leave CommentGuard

There is no useful CSV of live ad comments to “import.” The thread lives on Facebook and Instagram. You disconnect the Page there, connect it here, and new comments land in CuteDyno.

The actual steps

  1. 01

    Turn off auto-hide in CommentGuard

    Do this first so two tools are not fighting over the same comment. Leave it connected until CuteDyno is labeling new ones, then disconnect.

  2. 02

    Connect the same Page and Instagram in CuteDyno

    Sign up, Meta OAuth, pick hide, hold, or review. Invite the VA. They do not need the Facebook password.

  3. 03

    Load the FAQs you already use

    Saved replies in CommentGuard do not come over. Paste shipping, sizes, and returns into reply knowledge. Pause anything that expires.

  4. 04

    Disconnect CommentGuard

    Remove the app from Meta Business settings when the new inbox is quiet and correct. Old comments stay on the platform. CuteDyno does not backfill the live queue; it runs a 90-day health scan without dumping years of thread into your face.

What you keep

You keep the comments on Facebook and Instagram. Nothing to export there. You keep any scheduler you already use. CuteDyno does not post.
