List connected accounts

Lists the social accounts connected to a profile. Use `id` everywhere an account id is asked for; `platformAccountId` is the platform’s own id and is accepted too.

Required permission: `connections:read`

Accepts `profileId` to target a specific profile. Omit it to use the key’s home profile.
